The Veteran of the Year Award is meant to recognize a veteran from any rank from the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, and Navy with an honorable discharge. The individual must be a Pulaski County resident and has agreed to accept the award and be the Veterans’ Day Ceremony & Parade Marshall.
